Terms of Service

By accessing or using Profizon ("Service") at profizon.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

Profizon is a software-as-a-service platform that provides:

• Amazon product research and analysis tools
• Alibaba supplier matching using AI
• Profit calculation including FBA fees, shipping, and import duties
• Market intelligence reports
• A browser extension for use on Amazon.com and other Amazon marketplaces

The Service is intended for informational and research purposes only. All data, estimates, and calculations are provided as guidance and should not be relied upon as professional financial or business advice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Not share your account with others

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

We offer a free plan and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorise Paddle (our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to local taxes which Paddle will collect and remit
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Each plan has daily lookup limits as described on the pricing page:

• Free: 5 ASIN lookups per day, 1 Insights report per day
• Basic ($49/mo): 100 lookups per day, 1 Insight per day
• Professional ($99/mo): 500 lookups per day, 3 Insights per day
• Enterprise ($199/mo): Unlimited lookups and Insights

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that attempt to circumvent these limits through automation, scraping, or other means.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service in ways that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information

Our content: The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the Service.

Third-party data: Product data from Amazon and Alibaba is owned by those respective platforms. We provide access to this data as a research tool and make no claims of ownership.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• Product data, prices, or supplier information is accurate, complete, or current
• Profit calculations or market estimates will reflect actual results
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any particular product or supplier will be available or profitable

Important: Profit estimates are approximations based on general fee structures and publicly available data. Actual profits will vary based on your specific costs, competition, sales volume, and market conditions. Always verify supplier pricing and Amazon fee schedules directly before making purchasing decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROFIZON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold Profizon harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Amazon, Alibaba, Paddle (payments), Supabase, Anthropic, and SerpAPI. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.

Profizon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Amazon.com, Inc. or Alibaba Group.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:

• By you: Delete your account from the account settings page or email us
• By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Paid plans will not be refunded for partial periods unless required by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
